Stone Oak Plaza

Located on Voigt Dr. just before Highway 281, Acadia is proud to provide complete landscape maintenance for this upscale shopping center.

• Maintenance of more than 8 acres of grounds featuring a diverse range of plant material.
• Weed control throughout a diverse range of landscape beds and hardscape areas.
• Leaf and debris control with sweeping services across more than 5 acres of paved surfaces and parking areas.

Woodbridge Monte Viejo

Situated on San Antonio’s southeast side, Acadia has been tasked with the upkeep of more than 8 acres of landscaped grounds at the Woodbridge at Monte Viejo Community.

• Maintenance of over 300,00 sq ft of turf
• Irrigation maintenance & management of over 80 stations
• Annual color design, planting & change outs
• Weed control of over an acre of landscape beds
• Plant care & upkeep

Braun Station

Located on the Northwest Side of San Antonio, Acadia has been tasked with the maintenance of over 14 acres of grounds for the Braun Station West Community.

• Maintenance of over 480,000 square feet of turf
• Irrigation management including monthly reporting & repairs
• Landscape bed maintenance including plant care & weed control
• Demonstrates the ability to handle large properties efficiently.

Demonstrates attention to detail with maintenance locations all across the community.

Installation

This project featured a complete landscape refresh for Golds Gym off Hwy 151. Acadia was tasked with reviving the landscape back to its original architectural drawing from 2012.

• Installation of 67 large trees of a wide variety along with an assortment of evergreen bushes
• Restoration a very damaged irrigation system back to 100% function
• Installation of 51 yds of mulch & large quantities of weed control barrier
• Worked with SA City inspectors to pass inspection

Total Value : $54,000.00

Maintenance

Located all over San Antonio, Acadia has been entrusted to maintain the lush greenery at all 7 bubble bath car wash locations.

• Maintenance of all greenery at 7 locations demonstrating attention to detail
• Application of turf healthcare products including pre & post emergent
• Conduction of irrigation inspections ensuring proper function & coverage
• Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple locations at a high standard

Maintenance

Located in Kirby TX, Acadia has been tasked with the maintenance of this 18 acre facility for the Texas Division of Emergency Management

• Maintenance of turf areas totaling over 260,000 sq. ft.
• Irrigation management including monthly inspection of over 50 zones
• Over 15,000 sq. ft. of bed weed control
• Features tricky terrain with steep slopes & drainage basins
• Demonstrates the ability to meet the needs of any size property

Design & Install

Located in the Sonoma Ranch Subdivision this project featured a complete landscape makeover.



From masonry systems to irrigation & lighting this project had it all.

-2D & 3D rendering of project, including an HOA approved diagram

Installation of over 200 ft of specialty wall block from Virginia built to 6 1/2 ft

Installation of 235 ft of a variety of chop stone wall systems & caps

All new irrigation installed to proper coverage including drip, bubblers & rotors

Construction of 450 square feet of composite decking involving angled steps & difficult digging conditions

Installation of over 30 landscape lights including 4 different varieties
